One of the problems in running an expanding business is finding the time for new projects. Your involvement saved us significant time and effort given that we did not have to advertise and do the initial screening of candidates. You’re listened to us and therefore only candidates that fitted our criteria were presented and I was grateful for your insight on the appropriate package to offer in order to recruit and motivate the right candidate.

The list was well prepared and you were able to reach people who were not actively applying and generate enough interest in the role and the firm for individuals to be prepare to come to an initial meeting.
